smooth data taking. no real problems. WC L21 went through an hour period or so of frequent tripping, but it eventually quieted down.

at 6:45, CCR reported a power failure some sort that took down a bunch of quads as well as the snakes. since the snakes take so long to bring back up, they decided to stop beam then and open up the hall.
