[BLAST_SHIFTS] PHYS0 rate

So the PHYS0 rate is down to 400Hz for 50 mA (with 1.0 Torr buffer
pressure I assume?). Why was it so high (1400 Hz/50mA) the other night?
Were things not properly prescaled? If there was an email on this I think
I missed it-
