bugs in assigning L/R LADS and BATS !! Like n20l= GetL20pad(1,0)
This resulted in all L-lads to be empty and all L-bats to be written
to r sector. Changes committed to CVS
Also, no need to call the untag cvs cvs_v3.0 right ? cvs_v3 should
be enough (there was a confusion about this earlier)
Still not clear why lrn_event.cc and lrn.h do the same things..
Changed both anyways.
