at midnight, had problem downloading configuration into CODA, even if downloaded, could not prestart. Again, employed the scientific method of loading flasher trigger and flasher configuration, and then reloading newphys trigger and l2trig configuration. Coda still complains about various things but it was happy enough to work.

no elog, no audio from alarm handler. L14/L15/R21/R24 lowered.
