Relatively smooth data taking, though WC HV L21, R14 and R24 tripped very
frequenly. Doug made a hall access to check it at 11:10am, and we resumed
data taking at 11:50am.

Target=pol. D2, 50 sccm; I_max=100mA with lifetime=20min.
Forward LADS off.

Good runs: 4994, 4995; crunched or being crunched.
