[BLAST_ANAWARE] Preliminary Cherenkov shielding analysis

Dear fellow Blasters...

Below are preliminary Efficiency results of the shielding in the Left side. I've
also included the right sector efficiencies as well. More statistics are
certainly needed as indicated by low # of events in back angle CC's and from
prior experience with the efficiencies of L1, L2, R1, and R2 fluctuating
considerably from run to run.

But OVERALL... Left side looks astoundingly better. As mentioned by a fellow
devotee there is also a considerable increase in the efficiency of the right
side that is quite unexplainable. Results now follow:
