Jason is correct, if you want to run cosmics without requiring the wire chamber (useful for the BATS, since there's no wire chamber there), use the Runcontrol configuration l1trig. To go back to ordinary running,End your cosmics run, click Runcontrol Abort, then Configure (select l2trig), then Download. You'll also want to put the trigger back to newphys_noC2TOF.settings.
