Tons of tripping of WC L21, even could not sit at 3700V. Cooled down WC twice.
During the break tried to take comic runs for BATs gainmatching (as Jason
asked in former elog entry) , but couldn't get physics events. Need to check
out if the trigger file is Okie.

At 10:00, Arron began to investigate WC HV tripping problem. Pls see his email
for details. Data taking will be resumed soon.

Runs 5633-5634, 5639-5642 are good; crunched or being crunched.
