[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 03/23/2004 A (0-4)

CCR tuned the beam until 3:15 am and the tune is described in elog 21318. We began taking data with an empty target and the WC sig to noise was close to 1:1. L14 tripped repeatedly, the ABS was in an undefined state and the Compton laser need realigning with the new beam tune.

At 4:10 am we gave the beam back to CCR for more tuning.
