I think that Em_L_L is a string within "strings.C". This file is located
within the utils/ directory. It looks like, for some reason, lr.C cannot
find this string. Maybe someone deleted the string from the file??? I'd
check there first. Maybe cuts.C includes a reference to Em_L_L but
strings.C isn't processed first???
