[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

Dissociator was removed this morning for cleaning. The glass tube was
clogged with white stuff (Genya). Running empty target now. Beam lifetime
is back to 29min. We will run empty all night.

Beam will go off around 7am tomorrow to open South Hall. Superconducting
solenoids will be filled. Dissociator will be reinstalled. Target cell
will be warmed up and cooled down. Polarized source crystal will be
reactivated. Extra steering may be added upstream of the Compton. Michael
will work on the neutron counters in the morning. Tancredi would like to
look at the Cerenkov timing. Karen and Jason will work on BATs timing and
trigger. Jason would like to make some magnetic field measurements near
the BATs with the BLAST field on. Genya would like to close the pit as
early as possible, to begin tuning hydrogen transitions.

Several tours will occur tomorrow. The last will start at 15:30, so the
South Hall will not close until late afternoon.

Once the beam is back, we will run polarized hydrogen, inbending BLAST
field, target angle 45 degrees.
