Dear analyzers,
as the H/D run progresses, it is natural that more detailled questions
prop up about various BLAST reaction channels. So it is important that,
next to the almost daily discussions, we have regular, focussed meetings
such as that of last week, where all results can be shown and discussed at
once.
I would like the next such meeting to take place on 4/22 or 4/23. In
particular, now that that we are routinely extracting V,T asymmetries on
(e,e'd), (e,e'p), (e,p), ... channels, we should focus on
_ comparing data spectra with montecarlo
_ extracting asymmetries with montecarlo
_ organize working groups that focus on certain topics and report
to the collaboration.
It is very important that we address the points above in a timely manner,
given that time is in short supply. Please let me also have your comments
and ideas.
I also suggest that next wednsday - after the regular BLAST meeting - we
sit down together and define the working groups and our approach towards
more stable physics results.
