OK good, then I will set up the code so that, if there is no flasher
signal, it writes NULL to that field. Then I will writing to the db for
old runs - where should I start, just do the whole RUNLIST.2004 except for
junk runs?
Also, since the code is virtually identical to Adrian's tof
monitor with a few extra lines, it uses his libBlast.so which differs
from the current library but Adrian has retained for purposes of
stability.
