[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 04/09/2004 B (4-8)

Took data with the polarized hydrogen target. TOF R4 counts are considerably small and it is suspected that somewhere around the splitter of the analogue cable may be erratic because of the similar problem last week.

The wire chambers were quite noisy in the midnight but are very quiet now.
