[BLAST_ANAWARE] use of computers

Please do not misuse computers.

The bad guys of last night are wang (7 jobs) and adrian (18 jobs),
now running for 10 to 70 hrs (!!) see attachments. Haven't seen
any announcements either.

This is really wrestling people out including people with the
root password. Please be nice and use "nice" to optimize your cpu
usage.
