[BLAST_ANAWARE] recon and mc momentum resolution improvement

if you haven't already heard, there was a units error (of the "radians vs.
degrees" type) in a recon function that was causing the horrible
resolutions that i showed last week. that error has since been fixed.

the MC and recon both now work in harmony. the attached file shows
reconstructed MC events using the 6th-order time-to-distance relations.
the momentum resolution is 2.0%; compare this to 7.0%, which i quoted for
identical data last week. the attached plot is for "real" MC data (i.e.
physics processes and WC intrinsic resolutions both turned on).

i haven't yet calculated the momentum resolution for real data. but since
the error was in the recon side, it will, in all likelyhood, go down.

in order to use the corrected files, make sure to update your BlastLib2
directory to the head (i.e. cvs up -A).

this was probably a very good thing to fix before the data re-crunch.

p.s. thanks to chris for finding the bug in the recon.
