[BLAST_SHIFTS] z-distribution of tensor and vector polarization

It has been determined that the downstream end coating of the 40 cm target
cell is damaged. Does the z-dependence of the deuterium vector and
tensor and hydrogen vector polarizations show any loss of polarization in
this region?
