[BLAST_ANAWARE] 40 cm vs 60 cm rates

I compared runs 7100-7107 (60 cm cell) and runs 5858-5910 (40 cm cell
from 3/25/04). Here are the results:

electron left:

lectron right:

So the situation may not be that bad. The quesi-elastic cut is very
loose, basical all events with momentum higher them 0.62 GeV/c. I'm not
sure what precipitated the result that I sent before. I'm using
stricter cuts in my analysis and it seems like a resolution became
worse. I also use some timing cuts that might have shifted. I will
adress this shortly.
