[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 05/07/2004 B (4-8)

Relatively smooth shift. Took runs 7259-7276 all crunching. Ligit stable at 1.7E-7 Torr, watched transverse holdnig field during fills, current stable at 500 A, global ABS alarm goes off every 5 min, Yuan said Genya said this was no problem. Had to do a soft reboot on L SFI since config change trick did not do the trick when TS subsystem boot failed. After SFI reboot, then had to reconfigure and then it was smooth sailing
