Hi:

I have a BLAST shift for tomorrow Friday 5:00pm-1:00am. I also have a
CAST meeting and few others starting 9:00 am, with this shift it will
become a long day for me.
Is anyone interested to swap his/her shift with mine. The shifts I can
take instead should be

9:00 am- 5:00 pm weekdays or 5:00 pm-1:00am, except this coming Monday
and Wednesday.

Or I can pay you back with a shift later.

Please let me know ASAP.
