[BLAST_ANAWARE] Charge monitor

I have put a script into pro2004/analysis (getCharge.sh) which produces
two plots of the beamgated charge versus run number and integrated charge
versus run number, for a specified range of runs:

cd pro2004/analysis
. getCharge.sh <RUN1> <RUN2>

This creates charge_RUN1-RUN2.eps and int_charge_RUN1-RUN2.eps.

>From running it with the run numbers of the recent memorial weekend, I get
about 6kC/Friday and about 10kC/day for Sat-Mon:-)
