[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

We are now filling to 155mA and dumping at 90mA (we lose the first few mA
quickly). Live time at the top of the fill is 75% or so. My model shows
we now have about 83mA average.

Lost another ABS turbo pump power supply last night. Peter Binns came in
and replaced it. Lost about 4 hours of data all told. ABS ligit alarm
still goes off at every target flip, as jump in ligit lasts longer than
alarm handler dead window. If the alarm clears, everything is ok. If an
ABS alarm does NOT clear, contact Genya.

Plan is to run ABS deuterium overnight.

Tomorrow morning, Bill Franklin, Jan van der Laan, Fuhua Wang and Larry
Longcoy will work on the Compton/experiment beam tune. This may last the
entire day shift. The South Hall will be open for a while in the afternoon
for the MIT Alumni tour. During this time, the wire chamber gas bottles
will be changed, and more tests made on the BLAST power supply tripping.

Shutdown starts Tuesday morning (6/8). Lab-wide power outage Wednesday
morning (6/9) beginning at 7:30am, lasting 2-4 hours.
