[BLAST_ANAWARE] bfield problem

hi,
  there may be some problem with the interpolation of our bfield map.
here is a plot of the field [kGaus] in cell 3 (se=0, ch=0, su=0, ce=3)
as a function of phi_track[deg]. it affects phi<-10deg in the very
forward region, so it may not be too big of a concern. still, it would
be nice for someone to try and fix it.
