I have modified blast_init.f per Adrian's suggestion so that I cna write a
HUGE mc file to my /scratch dir on bud04. Now when I try to compile in
blastmc I get:
/usr/local/cern/pro/lib/libgeant321.a: could not read symbols:
Input/output error
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [blast] Error 1
I assume some environment variable is not set right...any ideas? Also
tried grabbing a new copy of the repository and starting form scratch.
Any ideas?
