[BLAST_ANAWARE] Static calibration - blast.sc_cal

Dear Analysts,

I am inclined to change blast.sc_cal for the present online crunching.
I would like to discuss that in tomorrow's Blast meeting.
The current version does not provide any sort of calibrated timing for the
neutron counters.
The version of blast.sc_cal that I have prepared for online crunching now
has got the following features:

TOF timing as from PKs flasher analysis
NC,LADS timing as from cosmics analysis, based on above TOF offsets.
NC,LADS are walk corrected.

For TOFs the new TDC offsets are generated from Peter Karpius' flasher
analysis. These offsets are somewhat different from those TOF offsets in
the current version of blast.sc_cal. As far as I could see. ttl-ttr, ptl,
and ptr all look "better" with the new blast.sc_cal version. I tested it
with run 8565.

Note that the usage of new TOF offsets for standard crunching will affect
timing cuts to be applied (e.g. for e,e'd event selection).

The new blast.sc_cal would move the measured neutron times into "the
ballpark" and would allow for immediate analysis of the e,e'n channel.

We would run (and online-crunch) like this until the full database
monitoring feature on a run-by-run basis is completed. For the time being,
this refinement of time calibration would be obtained through
offline-recrunching from DST, in the way I have done this in June before
the last collaboration meeting.
