Pzz for good runs after shut down:
        Pzz = 58.6+-4.2% charge: 21095C rates: 0.49/C

compare to runs before shutdown(7803-8203):
        Pzz = 36.8+-2.9% charge: 40109C rates: 0.53/C

Maybe some new runs still suffer missing tof hits so the rates observed
may not reflect improvement in ABS intensity we expected.

Hope the increased polarization will last at least.
