[BLASTTALK] Inversed BLAST time

   Greetings,
    I've estimated that with present target thickness and polarization we
need about 50 kC of data taken with inbending BLAST in order to achieve
3 % error bars at NIKHEF data point. The error bars at that q (about 1.6
f-1)
and at our present lowest point are very similar, so 50 kC is what we
need. Something
of the order of 2 weeks, unless we need a lot of tuning and/or reducing
of the current.
