note the run is first linked to the original file on dblast07. Then
is copied over time to a tmp directory, md5sum'ed and "installed" on
$ANALDIR. The run is thus immediately available, but the full transfer may
take time. The only way to find out is ls -l . What you describe may have
not been a problem after all.
