[BLAST_SHIFTS] Run plan tonight

The run plan for tonight is to continue taking polarized deuterium data.
Presently, we are planning to fill the Snakes and replace the ABS
dissociator tube on Wednesday. We will switch to empty target tomorrow
afternoon and will start warming up the nozzle on Tuesday night.

If the nozzle clogs before 8:00 tonight (it looks fine at present, but
time scale for clogging is unpredictable), please notify me.
In that case, we will switch to empty for tonight's running and will also
begin warming up the nozzle tonight. In that case, target maintenance and
the Snake fill will be carried out tomorrow.
