very very very smooth.
only one thing to report. auto cruncher reported job 10071 stalled, however, waiting for a few minutes showed that the run is still crunching. cruncher daemon output showed increasing number of dots for that run. In the mean time autocruncher continued to complain about: output idle for 1 or 0 minutes. ignored the message and did not issue the kill command.
title bar option in blastrc was on which made the output logs unreadable. changed and archived as blastrc~003. since 10005 two crunches crashed. 10050 and 10063. 10050 crashed again in a manual crunch. muanual crunch of 10063 is going on OK passed the point it seg-faulted last time.
