[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 08/17/2004 A (1-9)

Lost first part of the shift due to problem with the target cell temperature described in previous shift summary. The root of the problem was that the wrong chiller was turned off, but it took some time for vacuum and cell temperature to recover. There were also problems with Transmitter 5 and the BLAST power supply at a point later in the shift.

Ran empty target for about half of the shift (runs 10116-10119).

Opening Hall today for target maintenance, etc.
