[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 08/28/2004 B (9-17)

Everything ran quite smoothly.

HVGUI hung twice requiring a reboot.

CODA hung every ninth run as usual.

CCR had trouble injecting once or twice but sorted it out.

WC r24 was gradually raised to 3850 but started tripping again so I lowered it to 3830 where it is reasonably quiet. Still trips once per run but I think this is acceptable and I prefere it close to nominal voltage so as to not lose efficiency.

Runs 10533-10551 taken and being crunched.
