Smooth running. All EMPTY target runs. V11 was closed this morning to switch to Emty but V14 also was closed (unintentionally).
Good beam all day, 140 mA max dumping at 95 mA. Douge increased the WC and Lads HV ramp rates, now it takes only ~10 sec instead of 20 sec. This increased the rate of data on tape (the red niddle) to as high as ~282 C/hr. This beats Vitaly's old record!.
Good runs: 10709-10710, 10712-10714, 10716-10719 and 10721-10723
junk runs 10711, 10715 and 10720.
All runs upto 10712 finished crunching, the rest being crunched.
In the process of clsoing V11 valve for emty runs, we managed (unintentionally) to also clsoe V14. Must open V14 when switch back to ABS run.
According To Genya, the best way is to cycle the holding field. Do the follwing
1) press V14 open
2) ask CCR to cycle the holding field
During the cycling when B goes to 0, V14 will open.
Verify that V14 and V11 are open by monitoring ligit pressure , it should go into high 8 scale
