[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/04/2004 B (9-17)

Took data for most of the shift. There was an interruption of about 45 minutes in
mid-afternoon due to a problem with Ring RF, but beam has been running well since it was fixed. Runs 10847-10855 taken. Polarization from last night's runs
continues to be high. Collected more than 2 kC on last night's C shift, so going
to longer runs and increasing ramp rate for HV appears to be paying dividends.
