[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/13/2004 B (9-17)

Other than the RF problem, which costed about an hour, we continued to take
ABS-D2 data. CCR put some time for improving the beam life time, during which
the injection current dropped to 120mA for about two hours. It is back to 150mA.

Increased the Wc-R5 HV back 3850V, which seems to be OK. WC t% alarm is
at red-level, but not increasing.

Beam polarization is slighly lower than usual: 65+-1.5%.

All runs are being crunched.
