[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/16/2004 B (9-17)

  ABS data taking. During the shift max current was slowly increased until it reached 150 mA. There was an access to install thermosensors on ring RF in order to improve diagnosics which might be related to beam life time.
   R24 wire was tripping very frquently at the beginning of the shift. Gradually reduced the voltage from 3850 to 3800. Later, it appears the problem has gone away, and th HV was brought back to 3850.
