[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/21/2004 C (17-1)

Shift started hectically with ROC not reporting & HVGUI broken pipes but then things eventually settled down.

Took H2 Unpol for 1st half of shift then Genya called in and we switched to D2 ABS for the remainder. I should have told CCR when this happened. Regardless, the shift went relatively smooth.
