[BLAST_SHIFTS] BLAST Shifts java script

Hi,

        The BLAST_SHIFTS.dat file has become corrupted. This happened
sometime this afternoon as both Tancredi and I had used it to sign up
for shifts.

        Tomorrow I will ask Ernie to restore the file from last night and
hopefully everything will be okay and only the most recent changes may
have been lost.
