Resumed production on polarized deuterium.

Iniitally a problem with the compton laser not helicity-flipping caused an
apparent 0 beam polarization (fixed by PK!) in run 11736
No further issue until around 12.30 Tx 5 crashes. Waiting for RF tech to fix
it. Meanwhile run 11742 keeps going with a very long fill..

Plan is to continue data taking on deuterium
