[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 10/29/2004 B (9-17)

smooth shift, no WC trips.
at around 10:00 am, Genya changed the target holding field angle from 32 deg to 48 deg. I_long=250 A and I_transv=500A. Taking ABS H2 data at this new angle since 13:40.
Wire chamber spectra are normal with 5 l/min flow. May reduce the flow on Monday.
Good runs in this shift : 12182-12183 at target angle=32 deg, and 12184-12187 at target angle=48 deg., junk run=12181 (9th run)
beam was retuned a bit and improved after the target angle change.
