BLAST power supply was turned back on around noon time after electricians fixed the circuit braker for main switch number 6

ran cosmic while fixing the circuit braker.
abs nozel was warmed up and cooled. ran emty target . ABS is now ready (5:00 pm) and next run will be with polarized H2.
