Relatively smooth shift.

Good pol H2 runs 12719 12720 12723-12729

At ~2:30 AM lost BPHYS scalers. Somehow beamgate had turned off? Turned beam gate back on "by hand" and things seem OK. Next run again no BPHYS counts. Reset everything, including .\BOOT on Linux IOC. Things back to normal.

eBeam polarization somewhat low at P=60.7 +/- .7 Brian McA reports horizontal tune has drifted a little bit. Maybe Jan can check....
