Everything working again.

Machine injecting at 165 mA and dumping at 112 mA (68% of injected current). Lifetime averaging around 38 minutes. Typically accumulating 380 C/hr.

CODA and/or the trigger supervisor hung and required the crates to be power cycled from the D tunnel.

Otherwise smooth data taking.
