[BLAST_SHIFTS] daily Blast meeting

Hi,

not much to report.
We're running polH2 at 195mA/30min lifetime.

The dissociator does not need to be replaced yet. Next regeneration of the
nozzle is supposed to happen Monday. If earlier, run empty target.

Temperature sensor T5 of the Wch sets off alarm from time to time (52C).
The Epics screen for the DAQ speed has not come up since the power
failure, and the y-scale of the red ligit chart above dblast07 is too
coarse to see the ABS transitions like before.

For the weekend, more of the same, please.
