[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/04/2004 A (1-9)

Very efficient data taking for the first half of the shift.
At 4:30 the BLAST power supply blew a fuse and the remainder of the shift was devoted to replacing it. Data taking has now resumed.
