[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/11/2004 C (17-1)

Due to Blast power supply problem and the ligit readout problem, we
didn't have any data during the first half of the shift. Both are fixed (see
elog entry 32010), and beam became available at around 21:20.

Since then, we are taking ABS-H2 (48deg) data with Blast field on, smoothly.

Some numbers:
Accelerator: Injection 195mA / lifetime ~31min
Beam polarization: 64.3 +- 1.2%
Latest dilution: Left: 0.406 +- 0.022 Right: 0.398 +- 0.017
Data rate: ~450 C/hr (hit 475 C/h at one point!)
