[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

Solenoids are full, can be ramped up around 4:30, ready after 5 pm.

Target cell was warmed up today, side window pulled from target
chamber. The unpolarized fill tube was no longer connected to the
cell. Connecting now, then will pump target chamber and begin cooling the
target. Ready for beam around 8 pm.

Temperature sensor investigations show that the signal at the vacuum
chamber feedthrough is fine. There's some kind of problem with connectors
and/or readout. Vitaliy, Genya and Dan Cheever are working on it. The
hall will be open as long as they need it.

While the hall is still open, Bill Franklin may work on the Compton laser
transport, tuning out the linear polarization. Michael Kohl may try to
replace left Ohio upstream tube 3 (tube or base).

The goal for the night is to take data on the ABS. Beam should fill to 170
mA, about 20 minutes lifetime, as it was this morning. Michael will reduce
the run length to 250k events. Slightly less efficient, but it cuts the
crunch time in half, so we'll have results from the first hour of data
about 6 hours after it is taken. We want to see the target polarization on
a clean cell.
