I don't know if this is true. Thought the prescale factor was set to 1000 as
stated in elog during the beam tuning, it was changed back to 3 at the end of
shift C to check its effect to singles trigger. I am not sure wheater Eugene or
Michael changed it back to 1000 during data taking.
