Overnight problem with one of the ABS sextupoles was fixed. But the "HV
in a good state" inhibit was in "Permit" all night until 11:30 this
morning, so we were counting charge while the ring was dumping and
filling. Thus, do NOT use runs before 13935 for a polarization
measurement, at least until someone can set up a way to cut out the times
the ring is filling.

Plan is to run on ABS deuterium, ring filling to 200 mA. Please make sure
the autocruncher keeps running. As runs from 13935 and up finish
analyzing, use the macros to extract hPz and Pzz. Keep the RUNLIST and
pol.log up to date.

After about 2 a.m., you can increase the run size to 500k events. We'll
get a polarization measurement from runs up to 2 a.m. at the end of the A
shift, and then we can tolerate the longer crunch time. 250k runs only
last about 20 minutes, which is annoying and less efficient.
