[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

Overnight data show an hPz of about 0.3, and Pzz of about 0.45. This is
consistent with what we saw at 32 degrees, and is still low compared to
last year.

Genya has looked at old data, and the change in target frame temperature
sensors with injection was present last year, but the size of the change
was smaller.

Lost more than 5 hours this morning to beam instabilities, due to
fluctuations in the BLAST water temperature (which change the size of the
coils, and affect the field seen by the beam). A change in the water
temperature feedback system has eliminated the fluctuations and we are
taking data again.

Continue to take data on ABS deuterium at 200 mA fill, 47 degrees holding
field, 500k runs. Keep RUNLIST and pol.log up to date.

On Friday afternoon there will be a short access to the South Hall and
ring for Bill Franklin and some people from BNL working on an RF polarimeter.
